BWC Terminals Enters into Agreement to Purchase NuStar Texas City Facility

HOUSTON – November 2, 2020 – BWC Terminals, a provider of bulk liquid storage and logistics services in North America, announced today it has entered into an agreement to purchase NuStar Texas City Terminal located in Texas City, Texas.

This transaction of ownership will allow BWC Terminals to further strengthen its position along the U.S. Gulf Coast to support its strategic business objective to deliver innovative liquid storage solutions across North America in the petrochemical, hydrocarbon, and agriculture markets.
