Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bradley “Brad” Oswald joined BWC Terminals in September 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer. Brad began his career in the energy industry in 2007, focusing on the terminal and midstream sectors. Before joining BWC Terminals, Brad was the Chief Financial Officer of two private equity-backed Midland Basin water midstream platforms.

During his career, Brad has held positions as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Senior Vice President with Lightfoot Capital Partners GP LLC, a midstream focused private equity firm and while at Arc Logistics GP LLC, the general partner of Arc Logistics Partners LP, an NYSE listed public company specializing in providing third-party terminalling services. Brad was instrumental in building a public company accounting and finance function, supporting green- and brown-field investment projects, identifying, negotiating, and closing acquisitions, raising third-party debt and equity capital. Prior to Arc Logistics GP LLC and Lightfoot Capital Partners GP LLC, Brad was in the Financial Advisory Services Group at Jefferies & Company, Inc. focusing on balance sheet restructurings, equity, and debt financings and both buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments.

Brad holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance and Leadership from University of Richmond.
